3. Affiliate & Agent Responsibilities

• Share accurate and truthful information with customers
• Comply with all RBI, financial and advertising guidelines
• Not engage in spam, fraud or unauthorized solicitation

4. Leads, Tracking & Commissions

Capital Paisa provides tracking tools for leads, applications and commissions.

• Commissions are payable only for valid, approved and successful transactions
• Tracking depends on third-party systems and may not always be error-free
• Duplicate, fraudulent or incomplete leads may be rejected

The Company reserves the right to modify commission structures, payout cycles or eligibility criteria at its discretion.

5. Payments & Payouts

• Payouts are subject to verification and partner confirmation
• Minimum payout thresholds may apply
• Taxes and statutory deductions are the responsibility of the affiliate

6. KYC & Compliance

Users may be required to complete KYC verification as per applicable laws. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of services.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Misrepresentation of products or services
• Manipulation of tracking links or systems
• Unauthorized use of logos, trademarks or content
• Attempting to breach platform security

8. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access, without prior notice, if:

• These Terms are violated
• Fraudulent or unlawful activity is detected
• Required compliance or KYC is not completed

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks and materials on the platform are owned by or licensed to Capital Paisa. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capital Paisa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.

12. Indemnification

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
