This Refund Policy applies to all services, subscriptions and payments made to Rehan Solutions Services Private Limited, operating under the brand Capital Paisa.
Refund will be applicable only if the services or features explicitly committed by us are not delivered, or if any wrong commitment has been made from our side.
1. Eligibility for Refund
You will be eligible for a refund only in the following situation:
- If the service, feature or deliverable promised by Capital Paisa at the time of payment is not provided
- If any incorrect, misleading or wrong commitment has been communicated from our side regarding the service
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after payment
- Delay caused due to third-party services, banks, APIs or compliance checks
- Failure to use the service after successful setup or access
- Issues arising due to incorrect information provided by the customer
- Regulatory, technical or partner-side limitations beyond our control
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of the payment date by email with proper details.
- Registered name and contact details
- Payment reference / transaction ID
- Clear explanation of the unmet commitment
4. Review & Approval
All refund requests are subject to internal review and verification. If the claim is found valid and the issue is confirmed to be due to our incorrect commitment, the refund will be approved.
5. Refund Timeline
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
6. No Partial or Conditional Refunds
Unless explicitly agreed in writing, partial or conditional refunds are not applicable.
7. Policy Changes
Capital Paisa reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
